By accessing and purchasing reports from MatriGuard Solutions, you represent that you are requesting these background checks solely for legitimate personal safety and pre-marital validation purposes. Stalking, harassment, or unlawful tracking of candidates is strictly prohibited.
2. Scope of Reports
Reports represent findings at a specific point in time from available registry and field records. We do not warrant that all public databases are complete, updated, or accurate. All findings should be cross-verified if major life decisions depend on them.
3. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall MatriGuard Solutions be liable for damages resulting from client actions based on report details or from discrepancies in the public record data sourced during checks.
